To ensure that critical errors are immediately noticed and corrected, Control Center offers automated notifications (“Alert Bot”): Individual definition of warning messages based on various thresholds, which trigger a real-time notification to the responsible contact person on the customer or service provider side - this can be done as an email or SMS or as a direct chat in the company's messenger tool, e.g. via Slack or Microsoft Teams, etc.
From alert to action in Marketing Cloud: Depending on the severity and classification of the errors, actions can be carried out directly in Marketing Cloud, for example, journeys or automations can be automatically paused. With a combination of FastForward Control Center and Process Designer, you can react individually to any type of error.
