Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Single Send Push Journeys
The single send journey functionality was further expanded with the May 2020 release.
In Journey Builder, it is now also possible to send individual push messages to a previously defined target group — in three easy steps:
- 1. Select audience
- 2. Select or create a push
- 3. Set up shipping plan
After sending, you can then view the number of messages sent and the opens in the Recent Single Send Dashboard of Journey Builder.
Also new with the May release is the ability to create push audiences in Contact Builder as well. You don't have to go into the extra Mobile Studio switch.
