Long awaited and finally gone live in the March release of Marketing Cloud, the Mobile Connect feature SMS Delivery Receipts fills a gap in report functionalities.

Until now, it was not possible to receive delivery information about sent SMS.

About the new data view _SMSMessageTracking The delivery status of individual SMS messages is now available.

For us, this is a long overdue adjustment and we are all the more pleased that we are no longer flying blind when it comes to sending SMS.
