ELF:platform is a solution for lead funnel optimization by Publicare. With this solution you can quickly and reliably extract ‘big data’ from e-mail and online campaigns and analyze it in real-time. ELF:platform is made up of the two elements ELF:transform and ELF:assess.
With ELF:transform we offer our clients a robust data warehouse solution. This warehouse gathers user response data from various sources (extract), modifies it (transform) and then consolidates the data for further analysis (load). Among other features ELF:transform has an interface for processing granular sending information, user response data and user behavior data from the emarsys eMarketing Suite. Other professional e-mail platforms can be seamlessly integrated into the solution as well. All gathered user response data can be further enriched by adding customer profile information and campaign meta data. We offer our customers an intuitive web front-end for this.
ELF:assess analyzes the data gathered in ELF:platform. The solution is based on Apteco FastStats Discoverer, a user friendly high-end software for analysis of marketing data. In the graphic user interface, highly complex and multi-dimensional analyses can be conducted easily and be saved for use in future sessions. If needed, the results of the analyses can be displayed directly in the interface. Numerous opportunities for manual or automated data export make this a well-rounded solution.
Apteco’s campaign management solution FastStats PeopleStage can be used as an addition. Segments generated in FastStats Discoverer can then be integrated into lifecycle campaigns with sophisticated targeting.
